Our general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders. We offer a 100-day manufacturer's warranty on all our products.
If you receive a defective or faulty product, you can rely on your statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A defective or faulty product caused by a manufacturing defect is covered by our warranty. We will always address these and offer you a suitable solution straight away.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must be able to show us your proof of purchase (which is also your guarantee certificate). Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints without proof of purchase.
The following is not covered by this warranty:
Defects and damage caused by improper use. Defects and wear and tear that are to be expected from normal use.
Modifications to the product such as repairs not carried out by the manufacturer or designated repair services.
Damage caused intentionally, extreme use or negligent maintenance.
