What guarantee do I have on my products?


Our products come with a 100-day manufacturer's warranty. If there is anything wrong with your product during the first 100 days, we will solve the problem with you if you contact us at Help@happyoliva.de.


Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping times and costs?


At the moment we ship worldwide.

Our delivery time is 7-14 business days plus a 24-hour processing time.

Shipping costs are 100% free on every order.


Where do you ship your products to customers?


All our products are stored in our warehouse in Hangzhou. From this warehouse we ship all our orders to our customers.

How can I track my order?


Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to track your shipment. Please note that tracking activity will be visible within 48-72 hours of receiving the code.

Can I return my order if I don't like the product?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return your product to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund without giving any reason. You will then ship the product back to China! Please note: The cost of return shipping is at your expense. Please note: In some cases, the return shipping costs may exceed the value of the order!

I didn't receive a confirmation from you after placing my order?


If you haven't received a confirmation email from us within an hour of placing an order with us, something has gone wrong. Make sure you check all your email folders. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam. If you really didn't receive it, contact us right away at Help@happyoliva.de. Our team will help you get the right information about your order as soon as possible.


What currency do you use on your website?


Our website only uses Euros. If you are from a country where Euros is not your local currency, you will need to convert it to your own currency if you want to know the price in your currency.


What if I made a mistake in my address when ordering?


If you accidentally made a mistake when filling in your address, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to change it, otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to help you as the order is already being processed by our warehouse.

My order is still marked as unfulfilled, what does that mean?


If your order is still marked as unfulfilled, it means that your order has not been processed yet. Once the order is processed and a tracking number is created for your order, it will be marked as fulfilled. There is a 24-hour processing time for an order.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once you have placed an order with us, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return the product to China after receiving it! Please note: The costs for this are therefore at your own expense! So be careful when placing an order!
